Business Conditions 

determined by the operator for participants in his Internet portal www.worldwoodcenter.com       (hereinafter referred to as “portal”)

1. 1  sellers with an offer for sale

1. 2  buyers with an offer (interest) in purchase 

2. 1  free access in the form of membership in the system of FREE ACCESS, where a participant registers by filling in his identification data in the access form, and then realizes his offer for sale and purchase with its specification in compliance with the conditions below

2. 2  paid access, namely after the payment of a fee qualified for the different types of membership in the amount stated in the portal part called Membership Types & Benefits; the payment can be done either by credit card in the PAYMUZO system via the Internet or by a bank transfer. An advance invoice is delivered to the participant´s email address after the accomplishment of his/her registration. The operator invites a participant to resume his/her membership before the expiry of the registered membership period.

2. 3  The respective types of paid membership are: 

·          FREE + miniWEB , which, besides making participant´s offers, involves the possibility of creating the participant´s own presentation

·          FULL ACCESS, which in addition involves the access to all information placed at the portal, whereas the participant´s contact data are shown in designated places

·          CREDITS, which affords the participants the opportunity to buy so-called credits after registration, and to use these credits to acquire various information listed in the portal part Membership Types & Benefits

3. 1  make offers (for sale and purchase) only in the sphere of wood industry, 

3. 2 communicate all data regarding their identification (name, trade name, first name and surname of an individual, seat or place of business, identification and contact data, and other data determined by the portal) in compliance with reality, and they are responsible for their correct entry; at the same time the participants agree with the use of these data for the purposes of the portal operation and further on for the business needs of the operator, who is authorized to trade with them further,

3. 3  make out the text of their offer so that it complies with generally binding legal regulations; the text shall not interfere with any third parties´ rights or infringe the rights to protection of economic competition, it shall not contain any interference with the personal rights of people nor shall it contain any instructional or otherwise stated data aiming at any form of criminal activity, nor shall it concern goods and services which cannot be objects of trade in general or only pursuant to a special permission, or if the offer might bring about infringement of the principles of morality or of honest business relations,

3. 4  hold responsibility for any untrue, harmful or otherwise unauthorized or unsubstantiated data, including those conflicting with generally binding legal regulations, placed in whatsoever text brought forward by the participant, even after the operator has potentially checked  the data,

3.  5  enable the operator to inspect the text of the offer, or other information placed at the portal,

3. 6 bear liability, including proprietary and non-proprietary liability, towards the operator if so claimed on the part of third persons by any legal title because of or in connection with the text or information or other activity of the participant, whereas all possible damages or property or non-property injuries claimed in this respect are concerned,

3. 7 comply with all conditions determined by the operator for the participation in the portal, including the participant´s obligations and operator´s rights in these business conditions stipulated; to regularly monitor the changes of business conditions placed at the portal, and to observe other operator´s instructions,

3. 8  accept the operator´s rejection of registration at the portal, even without giving reasons, including the vitiation of the access password if infringement of these business conditions occurs on the part of the participant,

3. 9 accept the operator´s access locks into all parts of the portal if the participant has infringed these business conditions or generally binding legal regulations, mainly if he has infringed the rights to protection of economic competition or third persons´ rights, including copyright, industrial rights, personal or other rights,

3. 10  use the data from the portal only for their business or similar purposes, not to give their user name or access password to the portal to other people, not to copy the texts or information from the portal or otherwise change them or make them part of another text for their own or someone else´s business purposes,

3. 11 protect copyrights and ownership rights of the operator to the texts and data placed at the portal against their use, trading or other treatment by other than authorized persons,

3. 12 give notice of breaching of any of the operator´s rights connected with the operation or other use of the portal, caused by another participant or third person

A participant by his/her registration at the portal gives his express consent to the operator or his/her law agent or people forming an entrepreneurial grouping together with the operator to use the texts or data registered at the portal for the operator´s further entrepreneurial activities, to change them in accordance with the operator´s own needs, to use them in other texts or in other connections, to reproduce them, or use them another way.

5. 1  to change, modify or cancel the determined business conditions, rules and services of the portal by an announcement thereof at the portal   

5. 2  to reject a participant´s text or data intended for registration or already registered without any notice, even without giving reasons, to vitiate an access password by its deletion out of the list if infringement of these business conditions occurs on the part of a participant, to bar the access into all parts of the portal if a participant breaches these business conditions or generally binding legal regulations, especially if he/she breaches the rights to protection of economic competition or third persons´ rights, including copyright, industrial rights, personal or other rights. In such cases the operator does not bear any further liability towards the participants or any other persons and does not repay the paid fees or its part to the participants. In this case the operator is not liable for damages, for any injury to property or any non-property damage even towards the other participants in the portal.

5. 3 to unlink a portal section with participants´ offers without prior notice

6. 1  for the content, thus also for the quality, origin, source of the text or data or a participant´s information, for a participant´s breach of generally binding legal regulations in relation to third parties or other participants, and hence the operator does not bear any proprietary or non-proprietary liability for the consequences incurred this way

6. 2  for proprietary and non-proprietary consequences in case of malfunction of the system caused by third parties, including disconnection or breakdown of the Internet connection and similar impacts.

6. 3  for damages, property or non-property injuries caused by the registration and participation in the portal, which were caused another way than by infringement of the operator´s duties under these business conditions.
